Payment will not be made by the organisers for use of your work.

Publication is at the discretion of the organisers.

When you send us an email, we will retain your contact details for the purpose of corresponding with you in relation to our use of your work, and in relation to any competition or promotion we may run from time.

We reserve the right to end the competition at our discretion ahead of any stated closing date.

We will not purposely share your contact details or personal data with anyone except when legally obliged or advised to do so.

Competition winners are chosen at the discretion of the organisers, and prizes awarded at their discretion. The organisers may substitute or withdraw prizes at their discretion.
